Africa’s Business Heroes directly supports talented and promising African entrepreneurs through its namesake Prize competition. Each year the Prize selects ten “business heroes” from across Africa that compete for their share of USD 1.5 million in grant funding.
The Energy Investment Village is Green Energy Africa Summit’s exciting deal pitching event for clean tech starts ups and Africa’s energy projects to battle it out in a high-octane lion’s-den-type pitching event.
This challenge seeks to drive entrepreneurial activity in the African space industry and promote awareness of the value of earth observation data across the continent and in multiple sectors such as water and food security, mining, logistics, insurance, and many more.
The SA-Swiss blockchain innovation challenge will bring together 5 Swiss and 5 South African startups in blockchain and impact innovation. These startups will go through a series of masterclasses and take part in a pitch battle at SAIS2023.
